In coradnation with VIVO one of our trusted pardners. We have corrdnated with their team to deliver a solution for LYFT's eventspace upgrade.

Challenges

Event Space Upgrade

Projector are perfect for low light enviroments but the event space at LYFT's headquarters is not ideal for projector use. The projector's brightness was being washed out by the event space lights, making it difficult for attendees to see the content being presented. Additionally, the projector and screen were showing their age and were not up to the task of hosting major corporate presentations.

Solution

Screen and Video Control Upgrade

We replaced the projector and screen with a large format LED display that provided much better visibility in the event space. The new display was bright enough to be seen clearly even with the event space lights on, and it provided a much more modern and professional look for LYFT's presentations. We also implemented a new video control system that allowed LYFT's team to easily switch between different video sources and control the display from a single interface.
